Updating your address is quick and easy, especially if you do it online. Here’s how you can update your address in just a few simple steps:

1. Log in to your account

Visit the Motability Online Account on the Motability Scheme website and sign in with your details.

2. Go to Personal Details

In the menu on the left, select ‘Personal Details’.

3. Click ‘Change Address’

Scroll down to find the ‘Change Address’ button and click to proceed.

4. Enter your new address

You can search for your new address by entering your postcode or add it manually.

5. Confirm your details

Double-check everything is correct and click ‘Save’. You'll receive an email confirmation once the update is complete.

When should you update your address?

We recommend updating your details as soon as you've moved or, if possible, within seven days before your move. This ensures you continue to receive Scheme-related updates without any interruptions.
