We've made a change to our hire car provider and it's all to give you better, more reliable support. Switch is now our new partner for temporary hire cars. It has taken over from Europcar and is ready to help when you need a hire car. You'll still get the same support you are used to. The way you request continuous mobility support stays the same and there's nothing you need to do.

- Proactive updates by phone, text or email, including texts to inform you when the driver is on their way
- Promoting attended deliveries so that you can feel confident using your replacement vehicle
- Local support at your branch when you need it
